2014 Junior Golf Camps

Founded in 2011 the Elite Performance Golf Academy is establishing itself as the premier place in Loudoun County for junior golfers to develop their game. The Academy’s Junior Golf Camps specialize in teaching the fundamentals of golf in a safe and fun environment.  Using video, skill based games, rules/etiquette formats, and tremendous enthusiasm junior golfers will develop a love for the game.  Our program instills the virtues of honesty, integrity, grit, sportsmanship, as well as respect for the game and their fellow competitors.

Our camps are flexible for the busy parent with daily and weekly options.  Have more than one child?  The EPGAcademy offers a 20% discount on child number two.  More than 2 kids call the Academy for special  discounted pricing.   Late pickup options are also available.

2014 Summer Camp Schedule

Future Linksters Camp:

Monday – Friday, 11:00 am  – 12:30 pm

Ages 3-5

Future Linksters camps are a new addition to the Summer Camp Program.  This camp is perfect for the new younger golfer.  The program runs from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm Monday – Friday.  The camp features instruction, games, and prizes. Each student will receive an amenity pack.   Student:Coach ratio is 4:1.

Future Linkster Camps include:
• 7.5 hours of supervised attention
• 6 hours of instruction
• Fitness component each day
• Amenity Pack

Half Day Camp:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm

Ages: 6-15

Designed for golfers age 6-15 the Half Day camp is our most popular camp.  Juniors will be coached in all areas including: swing mechanics, putting, short game, golf rules/knowledge, etiquette, creativity, and on course activities.  The program runs from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm Monday – Friday.  Student:Coach ratio is 8:1.  Snacks are provided.

Half Day Camps include:
• 20 hours of supervised attention
• 15 hours of instruction
• Fitness component each day
• Healthy Snack
• Amenity Pack

Full Day Camp:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
Ages: 9-15

Full Day Camps provide the junior golfer with the best of both worlds; instruction and on course play. Juniors will receive instruction on the range, the short game area, the indoor studio, and then be taken on the course to learn how to play the game. There will be a fitness component, a healthy snack, and lunch each day. Instruction will be tailored to each golfer’s ability level and includes: putting, chipping, pitching, full swing, and rules/etiquette. Each participant will receive an amenity pack.

Full Day Camps include:
• 40 hours of supervised attention
• 30 hours of instruction
• Fitness component each day
• Healthy Snack
• Lunch Daily
• On course activities
• Video Analysis
• Amenity Pack

Advanced Camp:

Monday – Friday, 1:00 – 8:00 pm
Ages: 12-17

Advanced camp is designed for golfers who have experience playing competitive golf, whether in local, regional, national tournaments or competing during their high school season. This camp will teach the junior to manage their game and learn how to shoot lower scores. All areas of the game will be addressed including: putting, chipping, pitching, bunker play, short irons, mid irons, long irons, hybrids, fairway woods, driving, course strategy, course management, managing emotions, developing a game plan, learning to dissect a course, as well as breathing techniques to ensure the best results. This camp is for the serious junior golfer looking for a competitive edge over the competition.

Advanced Camp includes:
• 35 hours of supervised attention
• 30 hours of instruction
• Fitness component each day
• Healthy Snack
• Lunch Daily
• On course activities
• Video Analysis
• Short game and full swing assessments
• Total game analysis
• Amenity Pack
